After the long journey down, we eventually got out onto the water with the rest of the family.
The surf wasn't anything special so I just messed around catching a few wave rides for 2 hours or so. It had been raining all day so it was nice to see the sun out in the evening and the sunset made a nice spectacle. Me and my bro were the very last people of the beach by which point it was that dark you couldn;t make out any waves.
